to me what you describe is a distributorship where PTSC sells someone else's product for a % commission (& or stock) ... if this is the case than why would they do such a thing?

they could easily market their own products (ignite/inflame) with their current MMP portfolio sales and reap larger rewards (ie . possibly cutting a deal on the MMP price for an agreement to use PTSCs processors).

so if you ask me PTSC/TPL is after something more than a commission check.
