PTSC is the exploring stage with Nupower... so i doubt PTSC is forking any cash over to Nupower.

Probably PTSC was interested in the IP products that Nupower has and approached NUpower with the pitch that PTSC could help market their products.

NuPower probably already has a handful of customers that either requested the product/service... but does not have the capacity to expand its commercial product...... here comes in PTSC.

PTSC will assist in marketing and selling the product. They dont necessarily had to fork over any money...Just gets a cut on the new business they bring for that IP.

RG has already stated that TPL will be involved in this IP.. as a distributor..not an owner...http://www.bizsandiego.com/bizbuz-de...

Down the road PTSC could buy the rights of those IPs.. or could buyout NuPower..who knows...
