As always we will see... What I have noticed is a stock watch company PR may occur with PTSC on it.... IE PTSC up 6% on volume 3 times normasl volume... This bring in the speculators.... and when I said news I news of course not on a chat board but news that hits the wires,,,, You may be right though we have died off...
