Re-Exam Timeframe.

With all the excitement of today let me ask one thing. Why would RG make this statement in the letter?

"Patent re-examinations for 148, 336, 584 and 749 Late last year the USPTO began the patent re-examination process for four key patents in the MMP portfolio. This is a time-consuming, detailed process that can take months, even years. "

If the '148 is on the verge of being re-issued, why even make that kind of redundant statement? It's not like 99% of investors don't know about the re-exam. Not to mention if the '148 was getting a thumbs up than it would be wiser to let that event unfold. Once that occured PTSC could then address any time related issue dealing with the other patents. I'm having a hard time ignoring his statement addressing time issues. I felt even stronger about that after he offered up the Pat Choate study. It seems unnecessary unless he's heading things off at the pass. Any thoughts?
