Unfortunately I believe the 336 reexam completion is farther away than many believe.
My reasoning is based on the fact that different examminers were involved in the issuance of the determination of reexam document and now all three reexams are under one man's control and review. IMO he has a lot of catching up tp do now that all three are under him.
For example, on the 148 patent the following examiner is the examiner in charge of theisuance go the reexamination for 148. He was also the same man who was assigned the reexam so he was the one who did the preliminary work and made sense that he would do the follow-up work on the reexam.
