I agree it seems they "sat on it" for a long while. But the reason for that may have been that additonal requests were coming in from various other requestors of a reexam and for different citings too. So they may have held off till all were received, gave it some time to see if others came in and when the requests stopped they made the decision to put it all under one examiner. And yes I do believe that is just commencing in the last few months...if so we have along wait on this one if they start with a non final rejection and have to go through all those applicable steps. Once again, i beleive that was reason for the RG mention in his letter to us about these things taking years and months. But this is just one mans opinion not anything but my guess at what I'v'e read.
