Eng might have been the original examiner who filed the reexam notification but Rimmell, the poor guy has them all now.

Chances of an invalidation of the 336 are slim IMO....even though they allowed three reexams(now combined) based on three different requests for reexamination...one of which I assume was PUBPAT.
