Simply put...the licensing value of the the two together, both with reexam certicates issued in our favor, is of MUCH GREATER value than one standing alone....esp.with the other being in limbo and them being so closely aligned.

It's like nitration and glycerol...apart they both have a value and usefulness...put them together in a certain way...and....
