I can understand both sides, but from a communications point of view we have a NEW situation with Mr. Goerner saying this:

"I cannot, of course, control what information you choose to read, or accept as factual, about Patriot (though I had hoped to provide, within the limits I am able, much of that information to you in letters like this one). We cannot comment on all the messaging out there, nor will we comment, specifically, on conspiracy theories, accusations of wrongdoing, manipulation of the stock or any other unfounded allegations."

It's 100% the company's fault, that shareholders were left alone with their conspiracy theories, desperately seeking for "real" information, since the former CEOs and their public messages were at least misleading (maybe near to illegal regarding some points).

With this in mind I find it hard to accept a sentence like above from RG, pointing at us shareholders, but not taking in account all the things, that led to this sentiments and behaviour!

Thus the new situation for me is:

RG is demanding, WE should step back from theories, allegations etc. - ok, point taken, I guess, we all would love to stop with the BS.

But what do we get for? More and substantial information? Some demonstrations of faith like Brian demanded? Explainations, what happened since 2006?

Hm, of course, there are several things, RG cannot/must not tell us, but if he is saying:

"I look forward to your support during the transition ahead... "

I don't know on which fundament I can continue with my support (btw, I have no other chance than to continue holding my shares, because I'm deep-red....).

Addtionally, I'm still not sure, if the share purchases and some actions by RG in March/April were not part of a "plan" to increase our trust and to help someone unload and upload some million shares. And as long as I have to suspect this, RG has to convince me by real actions and can't do this by his words.
