I understand what it is..I was the one that posted it..I saw the description of the company and mused about the possibility..the last time that I will do that..as far as being "irresponsbile" speculation..it was just a thought..we sent term sheets out to many companies..how do you know that this company was not one in the mix??..I don't think it is that much of a reach to qualify as "irresponsbile"..I made no qualifications that is was anything more than speculaton..
