I would have to ask why in the world should they buy shares? As far as they are concerned this "little" business venture has been a ripping success. They have made millions of dollars in salary and stocks, Theye were able to invole a partner from another company to finance it for 10's of millions more earned for the "insiders". If this company folded up at the close of business today, everyone of them would had a fabulous career with it.

MILLIONS reaped ( I guess you coould say raped depending on how deep you are in the red), you can't ask for anymore than that? The only thing you or any retailer can do is try and play along with the swings. This is a penny stock, a gamble by definition, betting against the dark side. There is a reason the price is where it is. There is a reason it is on the .OB board. As Brian says, hope is not an investment strategy. I know the BOD isn't "hoping" for their loot, it is guaranteed by contracts that they write! By the stroke of their pens they print money for themselves and whoever they let into the club. Very nice work if you can find it.
