Hi Bill,
I've got to say that we should be able to criticize management and/or the Board if it is justified. If someone is not doing their job well, we should be able to say so.
The objective would not be to criticize for criticizism's sake, but because people would feel that it is warranted; and it would be one means of effecting positive change. And positive change is a good thing. If you can't point out something is broke, how ya going to fix it?
