Many here are upset at Brian (Biajj) for his role. Brian was not employed at PTSC, suffice to say he did not have control anymore than you or I with the decision making policies. Just to be clear, I do not know Brian or anyone on this forum personally. Why he (Brian) has to defend his opinions, decisions and his profession is beyond me. Remember he is one of the shareholder (actually I believe he is invested pretty heavily in both capital and time. He was a staple on the forum before many of us invested in PTSC).
I have signed a "Non Disclosure Agreement" (NDA) and stopped posting after I started speaking with the company. Even though I am under an NDA, I am not entitled nor privy to any confidential information unless the company elects to share it with me. I won't disclose my private communications with the company because of the obviously desire for an effective and productive environment of candidness and trust. Additionally, I don't think is it right for me to comment on trading observations like I did in the past with Warrants, pricing and accumulation/distribution indicators. The NDA restricts the content of what I might say, prudence dictates that I rarely say anything at
BOD of PTSC are have a fiduciary responsibility to the shareholders of a public company. They are accountable for their actions. Real simple! Of course I could sell, believe me I wish I did. At this point it would be stupid to sell. I am invested here because of the MMP patent potential which is legally represented here by Towns (Tpl). I never invested here on the qualifications of certain board of members PTSC....stupid me.
If I ran a public company, I would not hesitate in hiring qualified people for position in which I have no experience in, and that is what I banked on (sorta of common sense to me).
Lastly why constantly criticize one another on this forum, the real issue is shareprice due to current circumstances and decisions that have been made by employed personnal at PTSC/TPL/T&T not by you or me here on the forum.
