Eliminating them at this point will accomplish nothing, getting new blood into the BOD will accomplish nothing. AT THIS TIME! Except costing more cash, these changes come at a price.

I hope you are kidding. Qualified people with the right connections, knowledge could give PTSC a big push for a possible M&A or other possibilities. For Example: Rick Goerner, Donald Schrock and Paul Bibeau all came in recently ......and you don't think this made a difference.

AT THIS TIME!

At this time we need more brains/connection/experience more than ever before; considering the capital in the PTSC bank might be lower than before.
