I totally agree that the directors that Brian mentions could be eliminated, at best they certainly did not and can not make a difference, however at this point the BOD is moot.
Eliminating them at this point will accomplish nothing, getting new blood into the BOD will accomplish nothing. AT THIS TIME!
At this time our current BOD is quite possibly deciding how to spend what cash we have left in our coffers.. also what and how we as a company may have to compensate TPL in a 50/50 merger (the unissued 110M shares, the Preferreds, etc)...
IMO at this time, as we await Reexam results (and hopefully before any additional poor decisions could be made), would be a very good time for multiple members of our BOD to step down... IMO a PR stating such would be welcomed from the investing world.. esp if Goerner & Schrock were to bring in new blood..
Except costing more cash, these changes come at a price.
You're worried about the cost of replacing some BOD members? I'm worried about the cost of NOT replacing some...
I also think that there's no way that shareholders can remove directors unless they show evidence of wrong doing. I see no evidence of that, do you?
No I see no evidence of that.. but that sure doesn't mean there haven't been any improprieties, past and/or present. BTW.. who in your opinion is/has been running the PTSC show?
