Who do you mean by the "investing world"?

Those currently invested, those who have been in the past, those who are watching to see what this company may or may not do...

How would replacing 2 or 3 IMO meaningless BOD members panic those invested into selling.. or those who have been invested (and know the story) or are watching to decide, not to invest? Those people have already watched Swartz dump 150-200 M shares over two yrs... they've watched the sp decline ~90%.. They all have 20/20 hindsite and memmories like elephants and have watched the track record... If as I stated prev, RG & Schrock were to then begin hand picking expert tech people for the BOD I think it would be a huge positive sign to that investment world... It certainly would make them sit up & take notice. Many have been calling the BOD out for yrs... and even more more recently.. when would have been a good time for any of the BOD to step down? 2 yrs ago? 1 yr ago? now? 1 yr from now? When?? You and others are afraid this talk is hurting sp? What do you think Swartz has done for 2 yrs? What do you think Leckrone's biz model has done to sp? What has the BOD done to stop the bleeding?? You don't want this discussed because you're afraid it may scare off investors with a few grand laying around? I'm concerned about the investors who have a million bucks to invest and is watching biz as usual here shaking his/her head. I'm concerned about the decisions (as I have prev mentioned) this current BOD may be making right now... Personally I don't want the likes of Gloria, Jr & CJ making those decisions...

Who's running the show now?

Who controls communications & PRs? Who's idea was it not to include those Feb MMP deals in the Q? Who's biz model of NDAs is it? Who controls PDS? Who has a 1 yr no compete clause if PDS were to be disolved?

I would like a BOD with some cajones to stand up for the retail shareholder and run this public company properly. Couple that with successful reexams...

I do appologize to the forum for coming here and beating the horse carcus... I know how old repetitive themes can get.. tho IMO this one is exceptionally important, presently and going forward.. How do you get them out? I don't know.. but pressure from retail may be the only way.. pie in the sky? perhaps.. but I refuse to sit and do nothing and just hope... I've done that for too long..
