by "good progress" I mean for example the drop of Hawk and Hoffman, the appointment Goerner, Schrock, Bibeau and Flowers, the purchase of shares by some board members of which Goerner's one was highly valuated by many here, the repurchasing of shares by the company, the agreement with Nupower the letters to shareholders by Mr. Goerner which I personally consider to be true especially the part in the last one about conspiracy.

I know you are looking out for an increase of shareprice and you are of course right that here we rather see a regress than a progress. But imo before we see a progress here the foundations have to be build first. One of them fo sure is the validation of the MMP portfolio. I personally think that the other steps currently taken by the BOD will be the dash of spiritus in the fire blown on by the USPTO when validating the patents. If then the price won't climb, there will be even less reason to worry about than now.

As long as there is no obvious proof for BOD-members to act criminal, I'm not at all concerned about the shareprice. I don't believe in the BOD but I do believe in the strenght of the MMP and sooner or later this strenght will be reflected in the shareprice.
