Thanks for the kind words...but...let me stress I am not an inventor...well maybe once in awhile when I need a good "cover story" I'll invent one LOLOLOL.

I was just involved for years marketing patented items around the world and have owned shares in companies who have fought this battle before with reexams. It's a long, drawn out, frustrating problem and I know both sides have to be thorough...but the speed with which these things are finalized is way way way too slow...

All it does it reduce a patent owners time to collect and drain them of cash. The other side is usually well-heeled with money in the bank with big time lawyers who get paid a ton to do just what they are doing...delay as much as possible. The system stinks for the little guy and even for some bigger entities but thats what we are stuck with.
