Again, yelling "problem! problem!" with no viable solution.
"...at least TRY..."
By doing what? Calling the company, emailing the company, getting media attention, or just blasting away on a message board? None of which are a viable solution, and all of which COULD be creating a bigger problem than the one you're trying to solve.
In the simplest of terms: How much do we pay RG? A pretty darned generous compensation package. Is it the desire of shareholders to pay RG $125/hour + just to field phone calls/emails from angry shareholders demanding he do something about a perceived big problem overwhich he has virtually zero control? Is this what you would call a "worthwhile endeavor"?
Virtually EVERYONE agrees, at least to the extent of BoD compensation. But the phone calls alone, over time, could conceiveably burn more company money than the compensation of the BoD.
All of this, IMO, is just tilting at windmills. This is a concern for which, IMO, there is no viable solution. But some refuse to acknowledge this "fact of (shareholder) life". It's like demanding that RG do something about MM PPS manipulation, or about the PTO.
But go ahead, knock yourselves out! But recognize what you are causing at minimum, and what you may be causing at worst.
And IMO, the "blasting away on a message board" really needs to stop. Again, EVERYONE is aware. EVERYONE agrees at least to some extent. The redundancy isn't buying you ANYTHING.
JMHOs,
