That`s about where I am too - this company needs to get healthy first. And I think you`re also correct on the legal team issue, as we found out what getting someone on congingency was all about.

The cash chest needs to be filled for immediate health first. That means fighting to preserve the company asa whole. If we`re fortunate enough to get the windfall royalties we deserve, then we can look at improving shareholder value.
