I guess I am confused as to how "considering" jumped to "planning". Did I miss a step or have you simply decided in your own mind that a RS is a certainty. I have seen nothing saying the company is planning a reverse split. Not intended to be confrontational -just questioning how you arrived at your conclusion. Best
