Yahoo comes to mind..

I'm aware Carl Icahn has nominated his own slate of 9 board nominees running against Yahoo's current board.

So....how does one go about nominating members for a BoD?

Can anyone make nominations? Do you have to hold moe than X% of stock?

Yahoo is a Delaware Corp....but is there corporate structure different from PTSC, if so how? And, does it make a difference?

I don't know these answers....maybe someone could pipe in?
