Oh and one more thing....

If anyone was considering making a shareholder proposal that the BOD reduce their compensation...well maybe next year...and remember they, the committee(Johnson) decides what is appropriate or not to be considered on the proxy ballot. Who wants to bet nothing like that would ever see the light of day?

I hope some of those who have been complaining for a long time here(months and even years) about the BOD, their actions and pay etc. ety. had the foresight to send in a shareholders proposal, rather than repetitve postings here on the board to lather things up. If you did , that's great, if not why?

The Company intends to hold its next annual meeting of stockholders in October 2008. Stockholders who desire to have their proposal included on the Company’s proxy card and included in its proxy statement for the next annual meeting of stockholders must submit such proposals to the Company no later than June 1, 2008. Proposals received by the Company after such date will be considered untimely.
