Is PTSC really worth 17 cents at the present time?

With the dark cloud of the PTO hanging over us. till who knows when. The only thing we have is about 20 mill in the bank. and some share buy back. Plus 30 % of Holcom know one seems to care about. Don't be surprised if they don't walk the stock down to 5 to 7 cent range after earnings. Some body has big control over this stock and it ain't us!
