That is the title of a Forbes article in the June 30th edition of the magazine page #36. It lays out how difficult it is to oppose and change the board of an elected corporation but it shows how it can be done.

The article gives a number of examples but makes a case study of one small publicly held corporation and how one shareholder took on the board and won and did not spend a ton of money doing so.

So if you want some light reading that may give some of you a plan as some have been asking for here is one for your perusal.
