Without knowing how much they paid, I think it's hard to call it a strong validation of anything. That's been the problem with every signing of late and is the reason it PTSC will probably close flat or down. It's looking like it won't break 20K in volume in the first half hour. That's under $3,500 in dollar volume. Not much excitement about these signings.

The nuances in the PRs are interesting though. TPL/Alliacense is clearly at the helm.

Alliacense release (9:00am):

Patriot's President and CEO Rick Goerner, said: "The signing of The Bosch Group, a large international company, represents another validation of our ongoing licensing activities for the MMP(TM) Portfolio through TPL. Since the beginning of 2008, we have announced 12 new licensees for the MMP(TM) Portfolio."
