For those doing DD - The Comprehensive License List

For those looking at PTSC for the first time, here's a comprehensive list of those companies that have been announced as buying or agreeing to buy MMP licenses.

The lists indicates the fees they paid (listed individually where avaialble or listed in aggregate when not available individually). It also lists the annual gross revenues earned by those companies to give an idea of their size and to reflect in a sense the possible scale of MMP tech within their product line (admittedly it's not a great indicator since computer companies would obviously have a higher density of MMP tech in their products than a car parts company would). In anycase, basing the total fees we know to be collected to date of $242.77M, over the first 38 licenses, companies paid an average of $1 in license fee for every $2374 they made in sales.

However, to display how imperfect that metric is, from quarter to quarter, it has ranged from as high as $1 per $960 to as low as $1 per $5452. As imperfect as it is, it is the only barometer that I can come up with that gives us a way of estimating license fees. I think looking at that and then more specifically looking at the licensee's product line up gives one the ability to make an educated guess as to where they might fall into the mix. For example, I put today's Bosch signing at the very low end, and estimate based on $68M in annual revenue, they are likely to have paid no more than $12M, but it's a very SWAG guess at best.

Unless the patents are invalidated which I think is a lower risk, this list serves to show the potential of the MMP as a revenue generator for PTSC. Keep in mind, PTSC only gets half of these fees AFTER expenses are deducted to pay Alliacense for its licensing efforts. So for example, if Bosch paid $10M and it cost Alliancense $2M to get to a license with them, then PTSC and TPL would split the remaining $8M, so PTSC would get $4M from the deal.
