Make no mistake, Bosch would not pay anything if they didn't believe in the patents

We don't know that is true and probably never will. We'll never really know why Bosch signed on right now. It could easily have been, and is what I believed happened,, that the payment they made probably has no recurring royalties and also low enough that it was within the range of a long drawn out legal expense for them.

If they paid near the $2-3 Mm level it was a break even for them probably on costs to litgate like the T's are. And make no mistake about the timing here. This agreement didn't just happen within the last week, IMO. Also, if you read Wolf's Pacer, you'll see these negotiations were probably ongoing for years now and more than likely came to fruition even before the non-finals were sent out...we're just reading about them now.

Unfortunately, as long as we continue to get no accompanying dollar amounts with our signings the uncertainty, even when we try to unravel them 4-5 months from now on the Q, is what is hindering our PPS.

I understand some of the reasoning for no dollar amounts being laid open for others to negotiate off of....but usually that means that the patent holder doesn't want the smaller amounts shown now because he's looking for bigger ones down the road...hopefully. Believe me when they get huge amounts off of their patents...somehow, someway the est. amt. of those big ones "leaks out". They want the unsigned to know then that this is going to be costly so come on board ASAP.

Personally I'd like to see us back off of signings for another 45-60 days to see what transpires at the PTO...if we win our arguments there then I say... ask for all you can get , no holds barred...no discounted rates anymore and royalties in all contracts...if they don't want to negotiate,,,then go to court ask for even more plus legal fees and start talking about injunctions....but we need that backbone of acceptance from the PTO first...the quicker the better IMO.
