I'll tell you what it sounds like to me, the most over used and abused term in finance......collusion. The difference being, in our situation it probably fits the bill. I still find it amusing Mr. Pohl has time to maintain his seat with Peregrine but not PTSC. Then again I guess I'm supposed to believe, as so many have pointed out, that BOD positions don't require that much time. Of course those are the same people defending our BOD members reminding us that they put in an unusual amount of time. A "working" BOD as Mr. Pohl pointed out in the past. Wow just imagine if they hadn't been working all this time. Pohl, CJ and ES the trifecta of financing. To funny.....
