P.S. We make available two types of licenses. One to manufacture and one to distribute products. It should be very explicit, I would think, what restrictions those two agreements entail. I believe our licensing plan foresaw complications of patent exhaustion, that is why we have two different type of licenses. Whether or not they need to be modified in light of the Quanta decision I don't know. It would be interesting to find out.
