This is the question that we should be focused on IMO. How soon will TPL interact with the PTO to respond to these latest non-finals?

I have a difficult time believing that TPL was blind-sided with these issues raised in the recent non-finals. However, they did take almost all the time allotted on the first go-round on the '148.

While I'm all for them taking all the time they think they need to refine their arguments, they too must feel the urgency to act ASAP.

It is convenient that the '148 and '336 non-finals came out at about the same time (just a week or so apart). So I'd bet they're getting everything ready to do battle on both, so they can work them both in one trip (assuming they travel for a face-to-face, as would seem most prudent).
