The first paragraph just points out the obvious - something everyone here can figure out on ther own (and probably already has). Far from "profound".

The second paragraph is a bit over the top. Who in the world looks closely at the content of the BoD before making an investment in any stock? And if someone looked today, what would they find? All but one are either "experienced business folks or industry veterans". IMO, with his desired improvement tro the BoD, it might maybe make PTSC a slightly more attractive candidate for investment. Very slightly. Go ask ten people what they look at in a stock before making an investment. I'd bet not one mentions the BoD membership.
