The BOD's decision to give company funds away in the form of dividends primarily to benefit a single shareholder has had a major impact on SP. The "BOD is not management" argument is quibble. You know that I know the difference.

We need a strong proactive BOD to get us through rough financial times and to promote growth. Giving away $$ that could have been used to reinvest in the company's growth was a mistake.
