Congratulations and it's great to have you back!

I agree with you that B-Lunist and Billwilke are doing a great job. I wouldn't blame eighther one of them for deciding to quit due to a few disgruntled posters. IMO trying to handle complaining people is the number one cause of not being able to keep great people in important positions and is exactly why I am concerned that RG will leave if the complaining becomes overwhelming. People just don't want to put up with the BS, life is too short to be miserable.
