As others have stated, I don't think TA applies "that much" to this stock. It does apply some - and I agree with you that we will probably pop back up a bit because we are over sold.

I think we will definitely move up if we get positive news back from the USPTO.

This stock is funny- if we move up to .20 tomorrow, we will keep going up because traders/buyers will "think" there's news out there and that someone knows something. They will try and get in before it is actually announced - if that is actually possible. Remember Bill's goof? (Sorry to bring it up Bill.) A whole lot of people bought on Bill's report - there are definitely lot's of buyers out there with an itchy trigger finger waiting for some news. They know they can double their money real fast with certain news.
