I guess my question was also one that asked are we going to move up? Not just the fact we were moving up to .175 from .17 but that I see it as a possible break out to the next resistance level. Or could it be that we gap up soon and form an island bottom? Time will tell. Since I wrote the question, it seems we have moved up short term. ( Lot's of shorts seem to be covering today?.) Then again there may be news coming.
