Seems to me the BOD could sign PTSC up for direct deposit from TPL, turn the lights out, give up the lease, and outsource the financial books.

But then what?

They'd still be drawing a salary for all the long hard hours they put in working on PTSC stuff - stuff with no engineering operations, no production operations, no distribution operations, no marketing, no sales, no services, ... hmmm?

I hope they remember to put the lights out when they leave.
