I personally would rather you guy's take a hard line on those who continuously violate the rules. I don't care what excuses they have and even if they claim freedom of speech or prejudice. They new the rules when they signed up! They agreed by becoming a member! No excuses!

It is painful reading all *this banter. Delete them and boot them if it continues.
