This is the right time to voice our concerns not 2 years from now. I would support Brian and or any shareholder response to the dilution issue. If he does this I would assume a reverse split would be coming sometime thereafter. It would seem that further dilution would make it harder for RG to receive his 2 million shares for taking the SP to a dollar or more and holding it there for 90 days.

Perhaps a shareholders letter in response to RG's letters to shareholders is always a good idea and should be done routine.
