Don't forget we have 4 patents being reviewed. My point is that the chances areeven higher than 90% that at least one or more of the patents will be revalidated. If we only had one patent being reviewed there could be a little more concern.

With all due respect I don't know how you know for sure that RG is in a box right now and that PTSC is more vulnerable than any time since early 2000. Perhaps you can tell us what's in the 10K as you seem to know so much more than all of us dumb Agora posters.

I think most here understand the risks right now and have thought about a worst case scenario. We don't have to be reminded that things can go wrong.
