When the dilution of shares is offset by an income that would drive the price to earnings down then it makes sense to use the shares to buy/invest/merge with a company... you cannot make a blanket statement ... & Brian is a smart guy & I am sure would agree with this logic... what are we getting for our shares... & Rick is smart too!! what is the current share price what we are getting all works into a formula... and the descion is easy!!!
