S & L was an act of desparation by PTSC. PTSC wanted to stay in business. S & L took a no loss vs incredible rewards position and it worked out for them. In their view it was PTSC shareholders be damned.
Now we are in a postion to, yes, dilute the shares of the company. But with the possibility to increase eanings. IMHO, we are in a radically differentand positive territory than in the S & L days.
