Alliacense, a TPL Group Enterprise, today appointed Andre-Pascal Chauvin Vice President, Licensing with primary responsibility for implementing licensing programs in Europe and managing the newly established Alliacense office in Paris. Chauvin brings extensive intellectual property (IP) management experience to his new post including 18 years with Alcatel Group (now Alcatel-Lucent) where for the past seven years he served as Vice President responsible for the global IPR Strategy and Valorization Department.

it simply shows that they have left Alcatel-Lucent (a company with about 25 000 patents) together for Alliacense.
