How do you, or anyone for that matter, plan on analyzing TPL's reply? Unless I am mistaken, no one will know what their reply is until the PTO issues a final ruling. Until then, I'm not exactly sure what there is to analyze. Even if TPL released their response prior to the PTO ruling I'm not sure what the benefit is of having previous PTO examiners make a "prediction" on the outcome.
