Just by some plain assumptions, not seeing any additional sums of money that can be discerned from the Q's and K's, and inferring straight from that quote that they are doing lump sum settlements now and may do royalty payments in the future but it's not happening at this time.

Just my way of reading things,,,but I'll say this...IF...they are getting royalties on an ongoing payment those facts should be expressed in every PR and Q and K to let the public in on what is transpiring and forecasted for future revenue growth. An NDA. may preclude individual amounts and such and even royalty schedules but the fact that hey could be happening and may not be being released would be a major disservice to the shareholders,current and future.

So until I read that or can discern the from a Q or K I will stick to the assumption that we have little or none in the way of future royalty payments occurring.
