It seems to me that it is very important to remember that PTSC is an OTCBB stock. An OTCBB stock can drive you crazy because they don't react as a NASDQ or DOW stock might. Hopefully, most realized this prior to their purchase of shares. If not, rest assured that this is pretty normal. All imo, of course.
