I am a businessman also and cannot fathom what it is that justifies the enormity of the cash outlay either. There needs to be an ass-kicker at the helm. Mr. Goerner seems to be able to get things done but can he tactfully cut out the dead weight to the extent you are suggesting without irritating higher ups and finding himself out of a job? That's the question.
