Appropiate salaries and performance bonuses should be in order. The salaries LL estimated are not shabby either.

$5 million (based on LL estimates) could buy a lot of small technology/Start- up etc. And that's per year.

I doubt anyone would complain if salaries, bonuses etc. were earned.
