But I must ask, what gives you the impression that PTSC's people who are involved in writing (mimic) PRs and fielding calls are incompetent? What was the trigger for your concern about this? Just curious.... And is this something new, or a long-standing gripe/concern?

I was one who complained here about some of Turley's words. Leckrone said we had 485 comapnies on notice well over a year ago, and JT kept saying "over 300". Though technically correct, that irked me to no end. Why discount by 35%?
