You make some good arguements.
But IMO the DD that has been done by so many (some very large) company's patent attorneys, and there willingness to plunk down hard cash for licenses has already given investors substantial confidence in the validity of these patents. The PTO conclusion seems somewhat redundant.
IMO only growing EPS reflecting the real potential will sustain a significant rise in SP.
Risks are never gone - EPS makes the risks tolerable.
Enough said - we'll see what happens when it happens. It will.
